One must hear the Gospel and realize that they are guilty of sin.One must believe that Jesus is the Christ, the Son of the Living God.
One must repent of his or her sin. This means to be sorry for theiniquities and to change the way one lives his or her life to reflect Christ's influence in their life.
One must confess publicly his/her belief that Jesus Christ is the Son of God. Jesus is our only Savior from eternal damnation and separation from God for all eternity.One must be baptized into Christ for the remission of sins and toreceive the gift of the Holy Spirit. Baptism is a complete immersion of one's body in water to qualify as an acceptable baptism into Christ. (Christ was baptized in the Jordan River)
One must live a faithful life wholly committed to Jesus.
